We look at the job and give you a written quote before we start. If we uncover something that could not be seen earlier, we stop and explain it before doing any extra work.
The same electrician looks after your job from the first visit through to the final test. You will not have to explain everything again to someone new.
Once the testing is done, we clean up and take our rubbish with us.
Our switchboard kept tripping on a Sunday. They found the fault, explained what had happened and got the power back on without a huge weekend bill.

Questions we often get
Do you charge for quotes?
No. We visit the property and provide a written quote at no charge. The quote is valid for 30 days.
How quickly can you come out?
We can usually visit within two working days for standard work. Emergency callouts are handled the same day when an electrician is available.
Do you work on older Christchurch homes?
Yes. Much of our work is in homes built before 1970. We regularly deal with old wiring, ceramic fuse boards and repairs made after the earthquakes.
Can you install an EV charger at my place?
Usually, but we need to check the property first. The right charger depends on your switchboard, available supply and how much electricity the property already uses.
Are you registered and insured?
Yes. Our electricians are registered and the company carries public liability insurance. We issue a Certificate of Compliance for all prescribed electrical work.
