Breakdowns
A fault that stops you trading gets priority. We carry common replacement parts, which means many breakdowns can be fixed on the first visit.
We plan the work around your business
For many businesses, closing the doors costs more than the electrical work itself. We can schedule fitouts, changeovers and other planned work for evenings or weekends.
If an outage cannot be avoided, we agree on the timing before work starts. You will know when the power is going off, how long it should take and when you can expect it back on.

Can you work outside our trading hours?
Yes. We regularly schedule fitouts, changeovers and other planned work for evenings or weekends. Any after-hours rate is included in the quote before we start.
Do you take on maintenance contracts?
Yes. Tell us what equipment is on site and how often it needs attention. We will put together a maintenance schedule and keep a record of each visit.
How quickly can you get to a breakdown?
A fault that stops you trading goes to the front of the queue. We can usually attend the same day. Less urgent faults are normally booked within two working days.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes. We can arrange access with the tenant, quote and invoice by tenancy, then send the completion details to the person who needs to sign off the work.
